I just noticed one of my pictures is used on a Groupon page: http://blog.groupon.co.uk/2011/11/01/how-to-get-lost-in-london/
I am happy to share my photos for any non commercial usage, apart from the ones requested by Getty. I don’t count Groupon related pages as non commercial… This is also indicated in the licence terms on the photo on Flickr. I find it a bit too easy from Groupon to use the pool of photos from Flickr without contacting the owner or reading the license on the photos….
